When Ilse walks into a room, her confidence is contagious. With this confidence, paired with her work ethnic and tenacity, it’s no surprise how much she has accomplished on her journey to become a lawyer and the impact she has had on the lives of so many.

Through her advocacy work, Ilse has been featured on multiple media outlets, represented victims of crimes in Southern Florida, spoken at Harvard Law School, and worked on the 2020 Biden-Harris Presidential campaign.

In this episode, Ilse talks about the heroes that inspire her, cultivating community online during her law school application journey, meeting Tania in the YouTube comments section, and the effects of online visibility as a DACA recipient.
